At Artofficially, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our artwork. We only accept returns in the case of a defective or damaged product.

1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@artofficially.net within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
3. Refunds & Replacements
  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within , 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Custom or personalized artwork.
  • Items reported as damaged after 7 days from delivery.
